1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Limytd AG ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Limytd AG's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Limytd AG's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Services and Responsibilities

Limytd AG provides technology consulting, software development, AI solutions, and SaaS products. Within the scope of our asset recovery mediation platform (OrangeCat Recovery), Limytd AG operates exclusively as the technical platform provider and is primarily responsible only for the collection of payments and front-line communication with the users.

The substantive asset recovery procedures, forensic investigations, and legal correspondences are independently conducted and executed by Christian Brom Consulting FZE, Dubai. Limytd AG assumes no liability for the outcome of these separate investigative services. All services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. Scope of Asset Recovery Services

When you engage our platform for recovery services performed by Christian Brom Consulting FZE, the scope of services includes:

• Identity Confirmation: Identifying and verifying the Primary Actor(s) behind the applicable Fraud on a guaranteed basis, with identification of additional accomplices pursued on a best-effort basis.
• Blockchain Forensics: Complete tracing of fraudulent funds across all relevant blockchain wallets, networks, and exchange touchpoints with preserved forensic evidence.
• Comprehensive Forensic Report: Provision of a detailed, court-ready report including full identity attribution, blockchain flow analysis, and timeline reconstruction.
• Recovery Support: Direct support in fund-freeze requests to exchanges, coordination with financial institutions, and guidance for corresponding legal teams.

5. Pricing Structure and Success Fee

Engaging the recovery services requires the payment of the stipulated Upfront Operational Cost (€49.99 or equivalent), which initiates the investigation process. Clients agree to the following fee structure regarding successfully secured assets:

• Success Fee Rate: A 30% success fee applies to all successfully Recovered Amounts.
• Distribution Process: The 30% success fee is deducted from the collected recovery pool prior to distribution. The remaining 70% is distributed to Clients pro-rata based on each Client’s officially documented Loss Amount.

6. Refund Policy & No-Recovery Guarantee

If no Recovered Amounts have been successfully secured, frozen, or recovered within twelve (12) months from the date of your initial payment of the upfront operational cost, you are entitled to a full refund of said base fee. This refund shall be processed within thirty (30) days following the expiration of the twelve-month period, provided that you have fully complied with your information and cooperation obligations.

7. Client Responsibilities and Obligations

As a client participating in the recovery protocol, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

• Provide complete documentation of your individual loss (amount, date, wallet addresses, transaction hashes) and all communications with the relevant fraudsters.
• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services. Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You possess the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself or any affected entity you represent without possessing any legal restrictions preventing participation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all investigation findings, timelines, and communications until such a time that public disclosure is legally appropriate.
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification from our team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Limytd AG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All work product, reports, and findings created by Christian Brom Consulting FZE are the property of Christian Brom Consulting FZE. Clients receive a license to use the Forensic Report solely for purposes related to recovery and law enforcement cooperation.

9. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Recovery: Limytd AG and Christian Brom Consulting FZE cannot guarantee the final recovery of any funds. Successful recovery depends on factors beyond our explicit control, such as law enforcement decisions, judicial rulings, financial institution cooperation, constraints on international jurisdiction, and evasion tactics.

In no event shall Limytd AG, Christian Brom Consulting FZE, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zug, Switzerland. Any actions directly relating to the recovery agreement executed by Christian Brom Consulting FZE shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Umm Al Quwain.

11. Changes to Terms

Limytd AG reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
